Your Professional Reputation Deserves Better Than Generic Automation

Aequora helps high-achieving professionals nurture relationships at scale while protecting the reputation and authority they’ve worked so hard to build.

Founding access is limited to 50 professionals. Built for bankers, attorneys, physicians, consultants and executives.

Why this exists

One sentence can undo thirty years.

“Hey there! Just bumping this to the top of your inbox!”

Scheduled automatically · Day 3 of a follow-up sequence

That message was set to go out to a retired two-star general. Our founder caught it twenty minutes before it sent.

Most email tools are built to be noticed. Yours needs to be trusted. Trust takes decades to build and seconds to lose, and no software should be allowed to spend it for you.

The difference

Most marketing tools are built for the Attention Economy. You work in the Reputation Economy.

They were designed to sell products: shout the loudest, win the click, repeat. Your clients don’t reward volume. They remember the advisor who was composed, informed, and present when it mattered.

Mainstream toolsThe professional reality
How it looksHeavy templates, big images, bright buttons.A clean, plain-text letter. Anything else looks like spam to a discerning client.
What triggers itClicks, cart abandonment, “engagement scores.”Time, milestones and the natural rhythm of a relationship.
How it soundsForced casualness, emoji, urgency.Your own voice: measured, warm, precise.
What it measuresOpens and clicks.Replies, conversations and clients who stay.

Aequora is built for the right-hand column. Entirely.

How Aequora works

Reputation scaling, not marketing automation.

  1. 1

    It learns your voice.

Share a few emails you’re proud of, with your signature and sign-off. Aequora learns how you greet people, how formal you are, and the things you never do. Read, edit or reset your voice profile any time.

  2. 2

    You describe the relationship.

“Follow up with new consultations over 90 days.” “Stay in touch with referring physicians each quarter.” The Campaign Architect builds the whole sequence: the right messages, spacing and tone for your profession.

  3. 3

    Tone Guardian reviews every word.

Each email is checked against your voice and your field’s standards. Anything pushy, casual, out of character or likely to raise a compliance question is flagged.

  4. 4

    You approve it once.

Review the full sequence, every email and every date, then approve. Aequora sends from your own address, at a considered pace.

  5. 5

When someone replies, it steps aside.

Their sequence pauses and they appear in your “Needs your personal touch” list. Automation never talks over a real conversation.

What your clients receive

It reads like you, on your best day.

No banner. No buttons. No tracking pixel. A letter, from your own address, signed the way you sign.

David,

Thank you again for coming in on Tuesday. I know these conversations aren’t easy, and you approached it with real care for your family.

I’ve been thinking about the question you raised regarding the lake property. There are two sensible ways to hold it, and the right one depends mostly on how involved you want your children to be in its upkeep. It’s worth a short conversation before we draft anything.

There’s no rush on my side. When you’re ready, reply here or call the office and we’ll find a time.

Warm regards,
Margaret

Tone Guardian

A second reader with impeccable judgment.

Tone Guardian reads every email before you approve it and points out what a careful colleague would.

Its notes are advisory. You stay in charge, and you always see why something was flagged.

Tone Guardian helps you spot risk; it isn’t legal or compliance advice. You remain responsible for what you send.

Out of character“Looking forward to it!!”You never use exclamation points. This draft has two.
Too casual“Just checking in!”This reads as a sales follow-up. Consider a specific reason to write.
Too persistentThird message without a replyConsider pausing here and waiting for the next natural moment.
Worth a second look“…guaranteed returns on the new fund…”This may raise questions under financial communications rules.
Who it’s for

Built for people whose name is the business.

Bankers & wealth advisors

Quarterly check-ins, life-event notes and introductions that never read like a pitch.

Attorneys

Post-consultation follow-up, matter milestones and referral thank-yous, written with the restraint your profession expects.

Physicians & practices

Relationships with referring physicians and colleagues, kept warm without a marketing department.

Aequora is not for patient communications.

Consultants

Post-engagement follow-up and staying present between projects, without the newsletter treatment.

Executives

Board, investor and partner relationships that deserve consistency even when your calendar doesn’t allow it.

Founder
“Great leaders and elite professionals deserve tools that preserve their stature.”

I spent my career in the Air Force, where precision, trust and rank-appropriate communication are everything. When I moved into consulting with boutique law firms and specialized medical practices, I watched brilliant people handed marketing software built for e-commerce stores selling socks.

One attorney, a respected estate planner with thirty years of trusted relationships, told me he’d rather write five hundred emails by hand than let that software ruin his name. He shouldn’t have to choose. That’s why I built Aequora.

Questions

What professionals ask first.

What is founding access?

The first 50 professionals who join receive Aequora at $179.99 per month (or $1,639.99 per year), locked in for as long as their subscription stays active. Founding members are invited first, start with a 30-day free trial, and have a direct line to Stacey to help shape what we build.

When does Aequora open?

We’re inviting founding members in small groups as the portal opens. When you request access, you’ll hear from Stacey directly before anything else happens. There’s no obligation and nothing to pay until your trial ends.

Will my emails really sound like me?

That’s the point of Your Voice. Aequora writes from emails you’ve actually sent, and Tone Guardian flags anything that drifts from how you write. You review every email before a campaign starts, and every edit you make teaches it more.

Do I have to approve every single email?

You approve each campaign once, after reviewing every email and date in it. After that it runs on its own. If you change a running campaign, you approve only the changed emails.

What happens when a client replies?

Their sequence pauses and they move to your “Needs your personal touch” list, so Aequora never sends an automated message into a live conversation. Automatic reply detection works with Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and with Gmail once Google completes its security review. Until then, Gmail users mark a reply with one click.

Can doctors use Aequora for patient communications?

No. Aequora isn’t designed for protected health information, so please don’t import patient records or send patient care messages through it. Physicians use it for relationships with referring doctors, colleagues and professional partners.

Is Aequora compliant with FINRA, SEC or bar advertising rules?

Tone Guardian flags language that commonly raises concerns, like guarantees, performance claims and testimonials, but it isn’t legal or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your communications, and many firms will still want their compliance team to review campaigns.

Do you use my clients’ information to train AI?

Never. Your data is used only to write your emails, and our AI provider is contracted not to retain or train on it.

Do you track whether people open my emails?

Not by default. Tracking pixels are the kind of thing discerning clients notice. You can turn on basic open and click statistics for a specific campaign if you choose.

Which email address do my campaigns come from?

Your own, at your own domain. Setup takes about ten minutes with a guided wizard. New domains are warmed up gradually so your first campaigns reach inboxes, not spam folders.

Where do my contacts come from?

Import a spreadsheet, connect Google or Outlook contacts, or add people by hand. Integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot are coming next.

What happens when my trial ends?

You’ll get a reminder a few days before. If you subscribe, everything continues as it is. If you don’t, your campaigns stop and you can export your data. Monthly plans can be cancelled before any renewal; annual plans cancelled within 30 days receive a prorated refund.
